Job Description
Managing regional Flow Cytometry application teams for Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, which develops laboratory automation and diagnostic innovations. Driving KPIs, stakeholder alignment, and customer support across Western and Northern markets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Flow application teams in France, the UK, the Netherlands, and Sweden
- Lead a regional team providing Flow application support to West and North markets
- Drive strategic initiatives and measurable performance improvements
- Implement impactful KPIs and track performance
- Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Influence decision-making and align application strategies with broader business goals
- Lead support in key markets
- Build strong relationships with partners and customers
- Deliver tailored solutions to partners and customers
- Report to the EMEA Flow Cytometry Application Manager within the EMEA Commercial Organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent
- 3+ years’ experience in a science, medical, or clinical field
- High-level knowledge of Flow Cytometry
- Strong background in Immunology and hematology supported by previous industry roles
- Experience managing regional or cross-functional applications teams
- Ability to implement and track impactful KPIs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and strategic influence abilities
- Fluency in English is required
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the region and beyond
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- French is preferred
- Master’s or PhD in a science field is a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Problem-solving and project-management skills
