Job Description
Junior Marketplace Manager optimizing Amazon, eBay, Shop Apotheke and TikTok Shop listings for vegan products. Improving content, visibility and marketplace performance.
Responsibilities:
- Create new product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Shop Apotheke, eBay, and TikTok Shop, and maintain existing listings
- Create and optimize SEO-friendly titles, bullet points, product descriptions, and A+ Content
- Keep product data, variants, prices, and other product information up to date
- Monitor Account Health, the Buy Box, availability, and inventory levels
- Create cases with marketplace support and follow up on them independently
- Implement marketplace-specific content requirements and adjustments
- Prepare reports on revenue, rankings, and performance metrics
- Work closely with the PPC/Ads, Graphic Design, Content, and Supply Chain teams
- Present product listings professionally and maximize their revenue potential
Requirements:
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable field
- Ideally, initial experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or online marketing
- Ideally, experience with Amazon Seller Central or other marketplaces such as eBay, Shop Apotheke, or TikTok Shop
- Careful, structured approach to work, with the ability to maintain an overview when managing large amounts of product data
- Good understanding of digital processes, data maintenance, and the interrelationships within e-commerce
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Very good German language skills
- Independent and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong willingness to learn
