Job Description
Field Coordination Specialist coordinating crews, schedules, attendance, invoices, and project progress. Supporting Cube Care’s US-based custom-manufacturing operations remotely from the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily communication between field crews and remote project managers
- Coordinate schedules and communication between hospitals, warehouse, laundry and other departments
- Create and manage schedules for field employees and adjust staffing as project needs change
- Monitor employee attendance, productivity and work performance
- Hold team members accountable for deadlines, workmanship, and company standards
- Address poor-quality work promptly and professionally, documenting issues as needed
- Track project progress and provide accurate status updates to management
- Prepare and process invoices and other project-related documentation
- Ensure field operations remain organized, efficient and aligned with project timelines
Requirements:
- Experience in field operations, construction, manufacturing or project coordination
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the confidence to enforce standards
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and scheduling abilities
- Experience with attendance tracking, performance monitoring, and employee accountability
- Familiarity with invoicing and basic administrative processes
- Proficient with remote communication and project management tools
- Able to make sound decisions and resolve issues independently
- Comfortable addressing performance issues directly, maintaining discipline, and ensuring field teams meet quality, productivity, and attendance expectations while keeping projects on schedule
