Job Description
Field Manager supervising data collection across retail stores for Circana. Managing field operations, leading remote teams, and ensuring performance quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supports Scanscape and Circana’s business through managing collection of causal data in retail stores
- Supervise a team of remotely deployed Field Service Representatives
- Manage all FSR field execution delivered at an acceptable to high quality level
- Deliver against a set of client satisfaction and operational objectives
Requirements:
- 3+ years of managerial experience in data collection or merchandising
- Experience managing employees in a remote environment is strongly desired
- Exceptional professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Solid computer and technical skills including MS Office products
- High energy and ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple tasks
