Job Description

Field Marketing Specialist supporting Canadian Sales organization with customized marketing assets and sales tools. Managing digital asset distribution and collaborating on marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Customize marketing assets and help ensure sales tools to support field needs
  • Manage digital and print asset distribution and quality
  • Support Showpad content management and analytics
  • Collaborate on small events and field marketing initiatives
  • Support enterprise-wide initiatives as needed to deliver against commercial execution goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing/Communications role, preferably within a global, matrixed organization or regulated industry (medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or technology)
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex go-to-market execution plans across multiple channels and working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable interfacing with senior executives and cross ‑ functional teams
  • Ability to manage to a budget management and work with external vendor partners
  • Ability to travel 10-20% as required
