Job Description

Head of European channel marketing for TrendAI™, driving AI security partner programmes, demand generation, and ARR growth across Europe. Leading teams and alliances with VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, and systems integrators.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the marketing strategy for the European Channel & Alliances Organisation
  • Deliver marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets aligned with channel revenue targets
  • Navigate a diverse, multi-country European market and partner tiering structures
  • Oversee campaign calendars, MDF/co-op fund allocation, and marketing forecasting accuracy
  • Track marketing contribution to channel ARR growth and report metrics to stakeholders and senior management
  • Design, manage, and scale partner growth campaigns
  • Design joint marketing plans with VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, PS, SIs, and GSIs
  • Support partner tiering and marketing programme compliance
  • Lead go-to-market messaging for MSP, MSSP, DFIR, Professional Services, and Risk Management
  • Create marketing content supporting managed service models, SOC integrations, automation, multitenancy, and licensing structures
  • Identify partner marketing coverage gaps and recommend investment
  • Monitor competitive activity, partner ecosystem dynamics, and regional market trends
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing marketing team
  • Influence cross-functionally across sales, product marketing, global marketing, partner teams, and external stakeholders
  • Embed AI-native ways of working using AI tools to sharpen insight, personalise partner engagement, and accelerate execution

Requirements:

  • Senior-level experience in channel, alliances, or partner marketing
  • Proven track record of driving partner-led revenue growth and contributing to shared commercial goals and partner growth programmes
  • Experience delivering tailored marketing programmes for transactional/solutions selling and services selling is an advantage
  • Data-literate approach to tracking, evaluating, and reporting on performance
  • Leadership experience, including managing a team and leading without authority, is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders
  • Technical understanding of complex products and working landscapes
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI and willingness to work in an AI-native way
  • Willingness and ability to travel across Europe as required
