Job Description
Field Service Engineer installing and servicing HVAC and temperature-control equipment for Aggreko’s customers. Home-based in Tananger with regular travel to customer locations.
Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, service and decommission chillers, air handling units, cooling towers, heaters and associated equipment
- Diagnose and resolve refrigeration, electrical, mechanical and control system faults
- Carry out preventative maintenance, inspections and performance testing to ensure equipment reliability
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers while delivering exceptional service
- Complete service documentation
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures
Requirements:
- Experienced in servicing, maintaining or troubleshooting HVAC, refrigeration, cooling or industrial temperature control equipment
- Technically qualified in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical or electrical disciplines
- Strong problem solver with excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Comfortable working independently within a field-based environment and managing customer expectations
- Holder of a full driving licence
- Willing to travel regularly to customer locations
