Job Description
Außendienst-Servicetechniker nimmt Wärmepumpen in Betrieb und behebt Störungen für Viessmanns Klima- und Energielösungen. Betreuung von Kund:innen in der Region Rostock/Parchim.
Responsibilities:
- Commissioning and servicing heat pumps at end customers’ premises and for system operators
- Providing service-oriented advice to customers from heating companies by phone and in person
- Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider service area
- Taking on on-call duty to provide customers with rapid support
- Contributing to the advancement of sustainable energy solutions through the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heat pumps
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as HVAC/plumbing technician, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer
- Further qualification as a master craftsperson or technician preferred
- Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology
- Category 1 refrigerant handling certification required; Category 2 certification is an advantage
- Valid Class B driving licence
- Good written and spoken German
- Strong customer focus
- Willingness to travel
- Technical aptitude and an interest in heating solutions
