Job Description
Field Service Technician commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting heat pumps for Viessmann climate solutions. Serving customers and heating businesses across Ludwigsfelde and Fürstenwalde.
Responsibilities:
- Commissioning and servicing heat pumps at private customers’ premises and at system operators’ sites
- Providing service-oriented advice to customers from heating companies by phone and on site
- Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory
- Taking part in the on-call service rota to provide customers with support as quickly as possible
- Contributing to the advancement of sustainable energy solutions through the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heat pumps
Requirements:
- Completed relevant vocational training as an HVAC and plumbing systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electrical technician for energy and building services engineering, or electrician/electrical installer
- Further training as a master craftsperson or technician is preferred
- Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or climate control and ventilation technology
- Category 1 refrigerant handling certification
- Category 2 refrigerant handling certification is an advantage
- Valid Category B driving licence
- Good command of written and spoken German
- Strong technical aptitude, a high level of customer focus, and willingness to travel
