Job Description
Außendienst-Servicetechniker für Inbetriebnahme, Wartung und Störungsbehebung von Wärmepumpen. Betreuung von Kund:innen in der Region Dresden und Südbrandenburg.
Responsibilities:
- Perform commissioning and maintenance of heat pumps for end customers and system operators
- Provide service-oriented advice to customers of heating contractors by phone and on site
- Support field service colleagues across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory
- Participate in an on-call service rotation to assist customers as quickly as possible
- Advance sustainable energy solutions and heat pumps in the Dresden, Großräschen, Senftenberg, Hoyerswerda and Spremberg region
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training as a systems mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technology (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician or electrical installer
- Further training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician is preferred
- Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating, refrigeration, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology
- Category 1 refrigerant handling certification required; Category 2 certification is an advantage
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Good written and spoken German
- Strong technical aptitude, a customer-focused approach and willingness to travel
