Job Description
Field service technician commissioning, maintaining, and repairing Viessmann heat pumps. Advising heating businesses and supporting customers across the Leipzig, Grimma, Döbeln, and Bad Lausick region.
Responsibilities:
- Commission and maintain our heat pumps at end customers’ premises and at system operators’ sites
- Provide service-oriented advice to our heating contractor customers by phone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory
- Participate in the on-call service rotation with the aim of assisting customers as quickly as possible
- Commission, maintain, and troubleshoot heat pumps in the Leipzig, Grimma, Döbeln, and Bad Lausick region
Requirements:
- Completed relevant vocational training as an HVAC and plumbing systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer
- Ideally, additional qualification as a master craftsperson or technician
- Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology
- Category 1 refrigerant handling certificate
- Category 2 refrigerant handling certificate is an advantage
- Valid Category B driving licence
- Good written and spoken German
- Strong technical aptitude, a high level of customer focus, and willingness to travel
