Job Description

Field Service Technician responsible for service and customer support in water quality maintenance. Engaging in repair, installation, and training within the field and company facilities

Responsibilities:

  • The maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and operation training within the company's facilities as well as in the field.
  • Assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services
  • Providing information on technical customer inquiries.
  • Preparation and submission of technical quotations for the provision of repair, maintenance, and installation of metering equipment

Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel up to 2/3 days per week (car driving license category B required)
  • 2 years of professional experience and a degree from a Technical or higher University (Electrical Engineering, or Electronic or Automation)
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Cloud)
  • Good knowledge of English language
