Job Description
Financial reporting principal leading HCSC’s healthcare financial reporting and analysis. Advising senior management and implementing HCSC’s financial reporting strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and control financial reporting and analysis
- Develop and implement HCSC’s financial reporting strategy
- Advise and consult senior management on financial accounting, reporting, and analysis
- Work with numerous different groups throughout a large organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field
- 5 years accounting and financial reporting experience
- 2 years supervisor and/or leadership experience
- Skills in motivation, employee development, performance management, and hiring
- Strong analytical, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Established project management experience
- Ability to work with numerous different groups throughout a large organization
- Attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Certified Public Accountant preferred
- Insurance statutory accounting and reporting experience preferred
- Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of drug screening in accordance with applicable law
- Must be able to work remotely from anywhere within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii
