Job Description
Finanzvertrieb-Trainee für Kundenberatung, Akquise und Finanzplanung bei Kevin Kehr. Vorbereitung auf IHK-Abschlüsse und Entwicklung zum lizenzierten Finanzberater.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct client meetings professionally, identify needs, and offer tailored solutions
- Support the acquisition and consulting of new clients
- Gradually build your own client portfolio
- Prepare analyses and concepts covering protection, retirement planning, investments, and wealth building
- Work closely with experienced advisors and learn key sales processes
- Receive guidance, coaching, and individualized support from Kevin Kehr
Requirements:
- High school diploma, completed commercial training, or an equivalent or higher qualification
- Excellent German skills (at least C1 level or native proficiency)
- Residence in Germany
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with people
- Reliability, initiative, and a structured approach to work
