Job Description
Technical Support Specialist providing IT assistance remotely for a leading smart mobility SaaS company. Delivering support for installation procedures, troubleshooting, and telematics diagnostics.
Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time assistance to outfield fitters with installation procedures and troubleshooting
- Confirm successful installation through structured follow-up processes
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to technical teams for resolution
- Troubleshoot telematics-related issues and plan corrective actions
- Prepare, configure, and inspect terminals prior to deployment
- Conduct functional and quality assurance tests before product release
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock records
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for hardware and software issues
- Assist with additional operational duties as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering
- Minimum 1 years of experience in the IT service industry.
- Proficient in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on and a positive attitude
- Technically independent with good initiative
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with an out-of-box approach in providing solutions
