Job Description

Wholesale Support Administrator streamlining partner approvals and systems for Longbridge, a provider of home-equity solutions for seniors. Supporting mortgage partners, loan submissions, communications, and partner experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Approvals Department to onboard and approve new partners
  • Review partner application packages in Comergence for completeness and compliance
  • Enter and maintain partner application data in internal systems
  • Prepare annual partner renewal applications for committee evaluation
  • Perform partner setup, user account maintenance, service contract administration, and system updates
  • Maintain partner distribution lists
  • Assist partners with document collection, application requirements, system access, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain and optimize internal systems and ensure data integrity
  • Maintain tracking reports, logs, and performance metrics
  • Assist with loan registration in the LOS system and review new loan submission documentation
  • Support the Wholesale Sales Team with partner relationship management and partner experience
  • Create, manage, and distribute partner communications with Marketing
  • Update partner-facing forms, guides, and marketing materials
  • Coordinate Partner Portal content updates
  • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of sales or mortgage industry experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM platforms, loan origination systems, and mortgage-related technologies
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
