Job Description
Flex Growth Account Executive managing sales cycles for existing customers at Toast. Driving upsell opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full sales cycle for customer expansion
- Identifying and closing upsell opportunities
- Achieving quota attainment regularly
- Executing pipeline management using Salesforce CRM
- Developing market and product expertise
- Engaging in cross-functional collaboration
Requirements:
- 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role
- Track record of success in a high-velocity B2B SaaS sales environment
- Full-cycle sales skills including deep discovery and persuasive negotiation
- Consultative approach to sales
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic sales environment
