Job Description

Forensic Psychiatrist utilizing expertise in forensic psychiatry to train AI systems for mental health applications. Collaborating with researchers to enhance clinical and legal accuracy in forensic contexts.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer specialized knowledge in forensic psychiatry to assist in training and evaluating AI systems.
  • Examine, assess, and annotate case materials and clinical scenarios to verify the accuracy of psychiatric and legal concepts.
  • Analyze AI-generated outputs and provide expert feedback to enhance clinical, ethical, and legal accuracy.
  • Share insights on competency evaluations, criminal accountability, and assessments of violence risk to improve model understanding.
  • Work alongside AI researchers and content teams to optimize prompts, datasets, and training resources.
  • Ensure AI outputs conform to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and practices in forensic mental health.

Requirements:

  • Medical Doctor (MD) with a completed residency in psychiatry.
  • Proven experience in forensic psychiatric environments such as correctional facilities, state hospitals, or courts.
  • Expertise in providing testimony, writing reports, and communicating in courtroom settings.
  • Comprehensive understanding of criminal justice systems and mental health legislation.
  • Proficient in behavioral analysis, risk evaluation, and treatment planning.
  • Strong skills in collaboration, analysis, and ethical decision-making.
  • Board certification in forensic psychiatry (preferred qualification).
  • Previous experience in developing or training AI models (preferred qualification).
  • Publications in forensic psychiatry or related fields (preferred qualification).
