Job Description
Freelance Copywriter:in erstellt deutschsprachigen LinkedIn-, Newsletter- und Longform-Content für SAWOOs C-Level-Communities. Vollständig remote mit flexibler Stundenkapazität.
Responsibilities:
- Writing content for German-language C-level and decision-maker communities
- Crafting LinkedIn posts for senior professionals
- Creating LinkedIn and email newsletters
- Writing deep-dive articles and case studies based on expert interviews
- Producing show notes, episode titles, and episode descriptions
- Creating interview guides with agenda and core questions
- Writing follow-up posts for events by city and community
- Producing short-form content for WhatsApp and special formats such as playbooks
- Using Claude or ChatGPT for research, first drafts, structuring, and transcript preparation
- Coordinating with clients, collecting feedback, information, and approvals, and incorporating them
- Collaborating with the Content Coordinator and Content Team
- Independently publishing and scheduling content using the tools in use
- Monitoring content performance and actively developing the content strategy
- Delivering punctual, high-quality content with few or no revision rounds
Requirements:
- Native-level German is mandatory
- Strong English skills (at least B2, preferably C1)
- At least 3 years of experience as a copywriter or content writer
- Strong portfolio of German-language texts across multiple formats, at least two formats
- Experience in a B2B or digital media environment is ideal
- Experience writing for a professional or executive audience is a clear plus
- Basic on-page SEO knowledge is an advantage
- Experience with Claude or ChatGPT, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Canva, Slack, and a CMS such as Sanity is a plus
- Clean formatting and publication-ready texts
- Ability to work independently, reliably, in a structured and proactive way
- Willingness to follow set guidelines for CTAs, linking, tagging, and language/tone logic
- Confident communication with community hosts and clients
- Application in German including CV, short cover letter, writing portfolio, hourly rate expectation, and available weekly capacity
- Short writing test for shortlisted candidates
