Job Description
Freelance Copywriter für SAWOO, das internationale Communities für C-Level-Führungskräfte betreibt. Erstellung deutschsprachiger LinkedIn-, Newsletter-, Longform- und Event-Inhalte.
Responsibilities:
- Write LinkedIn posts for senior professionals
- Create clearly structured LinkedIn and email newsletters
- Draft deep-dive articles and case studies based on expert interviews
- Produce show notes, episode titles, and episode descriptions
- Develop interview guides with agenda and core questions
- Write follow-up posts for events across different cities and communities
- Create short-form content for WhatsApp and special formats such as playbooks
- Use podcast recordings, interview transcripts, and event insights as source material
- Use Claude or ChatGPT for research, initial drafts, structuring, and transcript processing; review and revise all AI outputs
- Coordinate directly with clients to collect feedback, information, and approvals and incorporate them
- Collaborate with the Content Coordinator and Content Team
- Independently publish and schedule content using the tools in use
- Monitor content performance and actively refine the strategy
- Manage multiple German-speaking communities, each with its own tone and rules
Requirements:
- Native-level German is mandatory
- English at least B2, preferably C1
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a copywriter or content writer
- Compelling portfolio of German-language texts across multiple formats (LinkedIn posts, newsletters, longform) is required
- Experience writing for a professional or executive audience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of on-page SEO is an advantage
- Experience with Claude or ChatGPT, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Canva, Slack, and a CMS like Sanity is a plus
- Clean formatting and publish-ready copy
- Comfortable working with strict requirements for tone, links, tagging, and language logic
- Confident use of LinkedIn and an understanding of engagement
- Apply in German with a CV, a short cover letter, a writing portfolio covering at least two formats, your hourly rate expectation, and available weekly capacity
- Short writing test for shortlisted candidates
