Job Description
Freelance medical post-editor refining English-Croatian clinical trial documents for IQVIA’s life-sciences solutions. Ensuring accurate, compliant, and accessible medical communications.
Responsibilities:
- Translate, post-edit, and review clinical trial documentation
- Ensure documentation adheres to target-language medical and ethical standards
- Enhance readability, accuracy, and coherence of scientific and medical materials without altering the original meaning
- Collaborate with translation teams and provide constructive feedback
- Suggest necessary corrections
- Stay updated with medical terminology and advancements
- Ensure documents comply with applicable regulatory requirements and guidelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience in clinical translation/post-editing
- Native fluency in Croatian
- Fluency in the source language/s
- Experience translating legal documents related to clinical research
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent written communication skills
- Deep understanding of clinical terminology and concepts
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Certification in medical post-editing, translation, or a related discipline (preferred)
- Experience with memoQ (preferred)

- Medical/Pharma degree would be a plus
