Job Description
Freelance recruiter sourcing and screening Customer Support talent for Mercier Consultancy Group. Managing recruitment pipelines and candidate guidance remotely across France.
Responsibilities:
- Source top-tier talent for high-volume Customer Support Services roles through innovative outreach methods.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for diverse English-speaking jobs in the France.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for entry-level and mid-senior support roles.
- Maintain a high-quality talent pipeline to meet the rapid hiring demands of our BPO clients.
- Act as a primary advisor to candidates, providing guidance and professional support throughout their application process.
- Update and manage candidate data in our internal systems with precision and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the broader Mercier Consultancy Group team to optimize recruitment strategies for the Customer Support industry.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent English (spoken and written) is required for all candidate interactions.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory) to legally work with our partners.
- Residency in the France is required for this specific remote role.
- A strong desire to learn the intricacies of the Customer Support Services recruitment sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse professional profiles.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule effectively.
