Job Description
Recrutador freelancer conduzindo processos seletivos para a Bernhoeft, consultoria de gestão de terceiros. Realizando triagem, hunting, entrevistas e apresentação de shortlists ao time de Gente & Cultura.
Responsibilities:
- Screen and review resumes according to the defined profile
- Proactively source and approach candidates when necessary
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' fit for the positions
- Align with the People & Culture team
- Prepare and present candidate shortlists
- Track progress of the recruitment process and keep candidates informed
- Support the process through candidate approval, according to the scope defined for each vacancy
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Recruitment & Selection
- Experience recruiting for different levels and areas
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews
- Experience with hunting and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with selection processes for affirmative action groups
- Active CNPJ (Brazilian company tax ID) required for service provision
