Job Description

Provide bilingual customer support in French and English for a diverse client base, ensuring exceptional service through phone, email, and chat interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in both French and English.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide product or service information, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Document customer interactions accurately into our systems.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed customer service goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred.
  • Proficient with computer systems and capable of navigating multiple software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicts effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
