Job Description
Provide bilingual customer support in French and English for a diverse client base, ensuring exceptional service through phone, email, and chat interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service in both French and English.
- Address customer inquiries, provide product or service information, and resolve issues promptly.
- Document customer interactions accurately into our systems.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed customer service goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred.
- Proficient with computer systems and capable of navigating multiple software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicts effectively.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
