Job Description
Full Stack Engineer developing immersive training solutions for HTX Labs. Building and supporting backend services and frontend interfaces for the EMPACT platform.
Responsibilities:
- Own features from idea through release and iteration
- Work in short cycles and incorporate feedback quickly
- Collaborate with Product, UX, Content, DevOps, and Cybersecurity
- Move forward even when things are not perfectly defined
- Focus on solving real problems, not just completing tickets
- Build and maintain features across the full stack
- Develop APIs, services, and data models that scale
- Create user-facing components, dashboards, and tools
- Ensure systems work smoothly across web and immersive environments
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Follow secure development practices aligned with DoD standards
- Work with designers to turn concepts into working interfaces
- Partner with DevOps and platform teams to ship reliable systems
- Improve performance, architecture, and code quality over time
Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years of full stack development experience
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience building production systems
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
