Job Description
Go-to-Market/Growth Specialist at TrueLogic expanding client base and strengthening partner relationships. Blends sales strategy and technical understanding in a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Join client discovery calls to understand business and technical needs, acting as a bridge between the sales and delivery teams.
- Translate client requirements into structured proposals — defining project phases, deliverables, and recommended team compositions.
- Support the Growth Team throughout the entire sales cycle, from opportunity scoping to feedback collection and interview coordination.
- Manage operational aspects of the sales process, including scheduling interviews, organizing client feedback, and ensuring a smooth client experience.
- Refine and standardize sales materials (proposals, templates, presentations) to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency.
- Analyze client data and feedback to identify patterns, insights, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, marketing, and leadership to enhance TrueLogic’s go-to-market strategy.
- Maintain and manage the HubSpot CRM, including Deal Pipelines, Contacts, Companies, and Lists.
- Follow up with clients to maintain engagement and ensure sales momentum.
- Bring a consultative mindset — proactively suggesting improvements to how we present, communicate, and sell technical solutions.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in roles such as Project Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in technical roles within the software development lifecycle.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, pre-sales, or client-facing roles.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with clients, understand their challenges, and propose tailored technical or staffing solutions.
- Strong background in technology or product development; comfortable discussing software projects, architectures, and delivery models.
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
- Experience supporting sales or pre-sales processes in B2B or consulting environments.
- Proactive, charismatic, and capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Comfortable managing client communications in English (intermediate to advanced level).
- Strong understanding of project structuring, workload estimation, and team design.
Benefits:
- 100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive. All it takes is a laptop and a reliable internet connection.
- Highly Competitive USD Pay: Earn an excellent, market-leading compensation in USD, that goes beyond typical market offerings.
- Paid Time Off: We value your well-being. Our paid time off policies ensure you have the chance to unwind and recharge when needed.
- Work with Autonomy: Enjoy the freedom to manage your time as long as the work gets done. Focus on results, not the clock.
- Work with Top American Companies: Grow your expertise working on innovative, high-impact projects with Industry-Leading U.S. Companies.
