Job Description
Group Product Manager at nesto owning business outcomes across product groups while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Leading product strategy and delivering measurable impacts in a fintech environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end outcomes across a defined product group.
- Translate company strategy into clear priorities, roadmap, and success metrics.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations to deliver high-impact initiatives.
- Own and improve product KPIs such as: Platform adoption, Automation rate, Revenue impact.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in Product Management.
- 3+ years managing Product Managers.
- B2B SaaS experience; fintech or regulated environment preferred.
- Strong business acumen and track record of measurable impact.
