Job Description

Growth Designer at Tradeify creating high-converting web experiences across digital properties. Focused on high-quality design and conversion strategies to enhance brand presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and iterate on landing pages, homepage sections, content hubs, and campaign web pages
  • Craft persuasive page narratives — structuring content, messaging hierarchy, and calls to action that drive conversions
  • Execute on marketing briefs with a high standard of UI craft and visual polish
  • Design for multiple traffic sources — ensuring pages are effective whether visitors arrive via paid, organic, email, or social channels
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
  • Collaborate with Marketing on A/B test variations, informed by conversion best practices and UX heuristics
  • Ensure mobile-first, responsive design across all web properties
  • Deliver clean, well-organised design specs for developer handoff
  • Over time, use analytics tools and user research insights to build evidence-based hypotheses for page iterations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in web design with a strong portfolio that demonstrates both visual craft and conversion thinking — including landing pages, homepages, or other marketing web properties
  • A deep understanding of conversion design — you know what makes people take action, how to structure a persuasive page, and how to apply CRO principles and UX heuristics
  • Strong UI sensibility — typography, layout, colour theory, spacing, visual hierarchy
  • A good sense for copywriting and narrative — you can evaluate and shape messaging, not just place it
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma with clean, structured files
  • Experience designing for performance marketing environments where design is tied to measurable outcomes
  • Comfortable working from briefs and iterating quickly based on feedback
  • Strong communication skills — you can articulate design decisions clearly and receive feedback constructively.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation in a performance-driven culture
  • Fully remote environment
  • High ownership and visibility from day one
  • Opportunity to grow from execution into conversion strategy as the design department scales
