Job Description
Growth Marketer generating qualified leads and booked consultations for Geekbears' AI-powered digital products and services. Collaborating with the CEO on lead generation strategies and performance analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Own lead generation across key channels (linkedin, website, upwork)
- Improve conversion (profiles, proposals, messaging)
- Test and refine offers, positioning, and copy
- Content strategy (copy, videos, posts)
- Analyze performance and double down on what works
Requirements:
- Proven experience generating leads (not just “marketing”)
- Proven experience in copywriting, inbound marketing, and social media
- High proficiency in English
- Strong execution mindset—you move fast and iterate
- Data-driven and comfortable owning results
- Bonus: experience with IT services or digital agencies
