Job Description
Partner Experience Specialist overseeing management of Partner client implementations for WorkforceGo. Providing operational guidance on deliverables and project strategy for success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist partners with project implementation plans and strategies, including setup, resource allocation, and timeline management to meet implementation deadlines.
- Oversee and direct partners and their project operations to ensure successful project implementations.
- Act as a liaison between Partners and WorkforceGo stakeholders to communicate project statuses, discuss objectives, and ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Identify, analyze, report on, and assist Partners with resolving project issues.
- Ensure all project and implementation documents are fully gathered from Partners and are accurately maintained, updated, and accessible in WFG’s systems.
- Complete non-core module implementations on behalf of the Partner, as well as assist the Product Experience Team with direct client projects as needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant previous work experience in project management and consulting role, ideally within HCM, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions is required.
- Professional experience with exposure to one or more of the following disciplines: consulting, strategic planning, and/or project management.
- Proven project management experience, with the ability to lead and direct multiple projects effectively from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of business operations, project strategy, and budget planning, with an ability to align project goals with organizational objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply strategic thinking to assess project needs, anticipate challenges, and propose solutions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships, manage client interactions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the flexibility to adapt to changes in project requirements, timelines, or resource availability.
- Familiarity with enterprise applications, web technologies, SaaS solutions, and proficiency in report-writing and presentation tools.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in managing and directing cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving results through effective collaboration and leadership.
- Ability to travel, ideally once per year
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
