Small HCP Meeting Manager responsible for planning and executing virtual healthcare events. Negotiating with vendors and ensuring compliance with HCP guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Bring virtual healthcare professional (HCP) meetings to life
  • Plan, execute, and manage multiple projects
  • Negotiate with vendors and manage budgets
  • Ensure compliance with HCP guidelines

Requirements:

  • Experience in the pharma industry
  • A CMP certification
  • Skill with Cvent and other event tools
  • Domestic or international travel planning experience
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
