Job Description
Head of Growth Marketing responsible for developing Demand Generation at Bitrise. Leading multi-channel marketing initiatives to drive digital customer acquisition and pipeline growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own the marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline number
- Build and run multi-channel DemandGen campaigns
- Execute campaigns hands-on, not just plan them
- Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking pipeline generated
- Partner with sales and BDRs regularly
- Collaborate with content and product marketing
- Run continuous experiments on subject lines, landing pages, and messaging
- Plan and execute events as pipeline programs
- Manage and develop a small team
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in demand generation at B2B SaaS companies
- Experience with building or rebuilding a DemandGen engine
- Proven track record owning a pipeline
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation (HubSpot preferred) and CRM (Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to do reverse funnel math
- Experience with developer marketing or technical buyers
- Experience operating in a hybrid PLG + sales-led environment
- Deep familiarity with paid digital (Google Ads, LinkedIn)
- Comfortable with intent data platforms (6sense, Bombora)
- Strong project management skills
