Job Description

Head of Growth managing product-led growth strategies for AI-driven creator monetisation platform. Leading cross-functional teams to increase GMV and enhance creator and fan experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Own creator onboarding and activation, reducing time-to-first-earning and improving activation rates
  • Optimise fan discovery and conversion funnels to increase fan activation and spend
  • Increase monetisation through ARPU optimisation, spend depth, tipping, and messaging revenue
  • Design and improve referral systems and viral loops across creators and fans
  • Reduce churn through engagement mechanics and retention experiments
  • Establish high-velocity experimentation infrastructure with clear metrics and feedback loops
  • Build and scale a Growth team across PM, Engineering, and Data to 10 A-players
  • Implement strong operating rhythms including weekly experiment reviews and growth OKRs

Requirements:

  • A proven product-led growth operator who has built end-to-end growth systems, not just optimised channels
  • Deep understanding of activation funnels, retention curves, monetisation mechanics, and viral coefficients
  • Strong analytical depth, comfortable defining metrics, interpreting experiments, and spotting signal in data
  • Fluent in product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel
  • Experienced leading cross-functional growth teams across PM, Engineering, and Data
  • Comfortable hiring senior ICs and holding a high performance bar
  • Strong partner to Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data with low ego and high ownership
  • Ideally experienced in two-sided marketplaces, creator platforms, PLG SaaS, or consumer tech
