Job Description
Head of GTM role at Altitude, focusing on building and leading growth strategies. Overseeing customer acquisition and segment-specific messaging for a fintech business.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute GTM strategy across customer segments
- Build and lead the growth/marketing function: hiring, structure, processes
- Own customer acquisition across paid, organic, content, partnerships, PLG
- Develop segment-specific messaging and positioning
- Innovate on GTM motions using the latest tools
- Figure out what channels actually work for our target customers
- Work directly with founders on positioning and market narrative
Requirements:
- 4+ years in growth, marketing, or GTM roles
- 1-2+ years in a leadership role, building and managing teams
- Experience at a fintech or vertical SaaS company that scaled
- Track record of building GTM functions, not just running existing playbooks
- Strong intuition for messaging and positioning
- Analytical rigor: you measure what matters and tie activity to results
- Alien to the concept of work-life balance
