Job Description
Leiter:in Bildungsstrategie handling strategic education development and innovative projects for further education in Germany. Collaborating across departments to meet educational goals with a focus on new technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the strategic direction of educational development within the Funded Further Education business unit.
- Develop and continuously refine the education strategy for the Funded Further Education business unit.
- Define strategic guardrails for programs, formats, learning architectures and target groups.
- Participate in projects and, in part, lead central strategic and transformational projects.
- Analyze and assess technological, pedagogical and societal developments.
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-departmental strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with central departments and specialist teams.
- Build and maintain relevant networks and partnerships.
- Foster a shared strategic understanding across the organization.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in strategic leadership, ideally in an education, learning, innovation or technology context.
- Strong strategic thinking and proven ability to execute.
- High affinity for AI, learning technologies and new educational formats.
- Ability to structure complexity and provide clear orientation.
- Strong values: education is effective only when people engage with conviction.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Enjoy working with others to shape the future.
