Job Description
Head of Marketing for Inspired Education’s U.S. online school brands driving brand growth and student acquisition. Leading marketing initiatives across digital platforms and overseeing the marketing lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the U.S. marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and enrolment across Inspired’s online school portfolio in United States, currently USPA.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team focused on strategy, creative, and performance execution.
- Partner with global leadership to align U.S. marketing priorities with Inspired’s global vision while tailoring strategy to regional market dynamics.
- Translate strategic goals into measurable marketing plans with clear KPIs and ROI accountability.
- Lead development and evolution of brand positioning, messaging architecture, and creative identity to ensure differentiation in the competitive K–12 landscape.
- Drive demand generation through multi-channel campaigns, including paid digital, social, content marketing, partnerships, and events.
- Manage analytics and reporting to evaluate performance and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Strategic marketing leader with a proven track record of driving brand growth, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Equally strong in strategy and execution, with a hands-on approach and willingness to roll up their sleeves when needed.
- Well-rounded marketer with expertise across brand, digital, performance marketing, content, CRM, partnerships, and analytics.
- Commercially minded, data-driven, and focused on delivering measurable results and ROI.
- Highly autonomous, proactive, and entrepreneurial, with a strong ability to identify opportunities and make things happen.
- Collaborative leader with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Results-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
