Job Description
Head of Performance Marketing responsible for high-level acquisition strategies for Argumentorik Akademie. Leading all paid channels and tracking performance metrics across digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic leadership of all paid channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and where applicable YouTube & native)
- Development and ownership of the full performance marketing roadmap
- Setting up & managing budgets in the six- to seven-figure annual range
- Defining & tracking core North-Star KPIs: ROAS, CAC, LTV, Payback Period
- Building a scalable tracking and attribution infrastructure (Hyros, server-side tracking, GA4)
- Close collaboration with the founders, sales, creative and funnel teams
- Medium- to long-term: building and leading a small performance team (Media Buyer, Analyst, Creative Strategist)
- Identifying and unlocking new growth levers & channels
- Reporting directly to executive management
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role
- Proven track record scaling digital high-ticket products (coaching, information products, SaaS or comparable models)
- Deep understanding of the full customer journey — from cold traffic to high-ticket closing
- Experience managing advertising budgets of €50,000/month and above
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality — able to set up a campaign personally when required
- Very strong analytical skills; confident working with dashboards & attribution models
- Tool stack: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Hyros, FunnelCockpit, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zapier
- Experience leading or coordinating teams or freelancers is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial mindset, sense of ownership, and clear communication
- Business-fluent German and very good English
