Job Description

Head of Revenue Operations overseeing CRM management, revenue growth strategies, and team leadership at CAQH.

Responsibilities:

  • drive operational excellence across commercial operations and customer and provider implementations
  • design and scale the end-to-end lead-to-cash ecosystem
  • operationalize revenue growth strategies by building scalable processes
  • oversee CRM and technical resources for CRM management
  • improve forecasting accuracy and tracking from contract close through delivery
  • build, mentor, and lead a high-performing revenue operations team

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in revenue or commercial operations
  • demonstrated leadership at scale
  • deep expertise in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • proven ability to design and operationalize end-to-end revenue and implementation processes
  • strong budgeting and financial knowledge including revenue modeling and forecasting
  • confident, customer-centric professional presence
