Job Description
Head of Sales for a growing YouTube agency transforming brand strategies and driving performance on the platform. Leading sales initiatives and building relationships with key clients.
Responsibilities:
- Build out our sales function and team
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close
- Manage and mentor a team to support top-of-funnel pipeline generation
- Learn and live Snowball's unique approach to YouTube
- Build genuine relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate closely with our leadership and strategy teams
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or GTM roles
- You're a persuasive closer with strong outbound instincts and a proactive, hustle-driven mindset
- You've built out a sales function and team
- You're a strategic thinker who can see the big picture, and sell it
- You have a deep passion for YouTube, digital content, and the future of media
- Bonus: Skills in Figma, Photoshop, or design tools.
