Job Description

Healthcare Customer Service Advocate supporting U.S. healthcare members by handling inquiries and processing claims. Work remotely from Manila with focus on benefits and eligibility verification.

Responsibilities:

  • Support U.S. healthcare members by handling benefits inquiries, eligibility verification, and medical claims processing.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare benefits, eligibility, and medical claims.
  • Explain claims status, denials, EOBs, and coverage limitations to members.
  • Research and resolve claims-related concerns using internal healthcare systems.
  • Accurately document interactions and resolutions in CRM tools.
  • Meet defined productivity, quality, and HIPAA compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare BPO, call center, or healthcare customer service
  • Familiarity with Medicare processes and patient care protocols is a plus.
  • Working healthcare knowledge of benefits, eligibility, and medical claims processing
  • Strong English communication, active listening, and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Able to perform in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in computer systems and CRM tools.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, graveyard shift, holidays and weekends if required.
  • Candidate residing in Manila or nearby provinces is preferred.
  • Can start ASAP.
