Job Description
Healthcare Recruiter sourcing and interviewing talent for FVI School of Nursing and Technology. Managing end-to-end recruitment and building pipelines for education and healthcare roles.
Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and preferences
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future roles
- Use recruitment technology and tools to streamline the recruitment process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
- Proven experience as a recruiter, in the education or healthcare sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
