Job Description
Healthcare recruiter managing full-cycle hiring for clinical, non-clinical, and administrative roles. Supporting CorroHealth’s healthcare revenue-cycle solutions through sourcing, compliance, and candidate placement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned healthcare roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer facilitation
- Develop and post job listings across job boards, career sites, and professional networks
- Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, resume databases, referrals, professional groups, and healthcare-specific recruiting channels
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand position requirements and candidate profiles
- Advise hiring managers on market data, recruitment timelines, and candidate availability
- Present qualified candidates and guide interview and selection processes
- Maintain consistent candidate communication and conduct initial screenings
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-up communications
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, employment laws, and organizational policies
- Maintain accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System
- Support background checks, credential verification, and onboarding as needed
- Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and sourcing effectiveness
- Provide weekly updates and status reports to HR leadership and hiring managers
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare
- Proven success recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles, including RNs, MAs, technicians, and administrative staff
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other tools
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage high-volume requisition loads in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday, iCIMS, or Greenhouse (preferred)
- Understanding of credentialing and healthcare compliance requirements (preferred)
- Experience recruiting for multi-state or multi-site healthcare systems (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
- Adaptability and comfort working independently under contract engagement
- Ability to work at a computer terminal for 6–8 hours per day
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 20 lbs. infrequently
