Job Description

HR Operations Advisor role providing operational HR support for international employees. Managing HR service delivery and employee relations across LTG's global operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational HR advisory and employee lifecycle support across LTG's international operations
  • Support delivery of HR operational services across the employee lifecycle
  • Manage and coordinate employee documentation, contractual changes, and HR systems data
  • Operate within established HR governance and employee relations frameworks
  • Support organisational change activity including restructures and workforce changes

Requirements:

  • Experience operating within HR operations, HR advisory, HR administration, or employee relations environments
  • Practical experience supporting employee relations activity within defined governance frameworks
  • Experience supporting HR operational delivery across the employee lifecycle
  • Experience supporting multi-country employee populations required
  • Understanding of HR compliance, employment legislation, and operational risk considerations
