Job Description
HR Operations Advisor role providing operational HR support for international employees. Managing HR service delivery and employee relations across LTG's global operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational HR advisory and employee lifecycle support across LTG's international operations
- Support delivery of HR operational services across the employee lifecycle
- Manage and coordinate employee documentation, contractual changes, and HR systems data
- Operate within established HR governance and employee relations frameworks
- Support organisational change activity including restructures and workforce changes
Requirements:
- Experience operating within HR operations, HR advisory, HR administration, or employee relations environments
- Practical experience supporting employee relations activity within defined governance frameworks
- Experience supporting HR operational delivery across the employee lifecycle
- Experience supporting multi-country employee populations required
- Understanding of HR compliance, employment legislation, and operational risk considerations
