Job Description

Human Resources Director leading HR strategies and fostering team engagement in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Championing talent and delivering scalable solutions for the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with leaders to anticipate future needs, design scalable talent strategies, and deliver exceptional experiences
  • Elevate the everyday team member journey, from onboarding to development to offboarding
  • Identify future capability needs and partner across teams to attract, develop, and retain the talent
  • Build trusted relationships with leaders who value your perspective, insights, and ability to align stakeholders

Requirements:

  • A business-minded HR leader with 10+ years of progressive experience
  • Skilled at navigating ambiguity and complexity
  • A relationship builder who leads with trust, empathy, and curiosity
  • Deep knowledge in talent strategy, organizational design, team development, and leadership coaching
  • Industry experience in Engineering, Architecture, and Technology is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and HR platforms e.g., UKG
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related HR certification is a plus
