Job Description
Human Resources Director leading HR strategies and fostering team engagement in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Championing talent and delivering scalable solutions for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with leaders to anticipate future needs, design scalable talent strategies, and deliver exceptional experiences
- Elevate the everyday team member journey, from onboarding to development to offboarding
- Identify future capability needs and partner across teams to attract, develop, and retain the talent
- Build trusted relationships with leaders who value your perspective, insights, and ability to align stakeholders
Requirements:
- A business-minded HR leader with 10+ years of progressive experience
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity and complexity
- A relationship builder who leads with trust, empathy, and curiosity
- Deep knowledge in talent strategy, organizational design, team development, and leadership coaching
- Industry experience in Engineering, Architecture, and Technology is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and HR platforms e.g., UKG
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related HR certification is a plus
