Job Description

HVAC Sales Team Lead managing remote sales team for a tech-enabled home services platform. Driving performance and optimizing workflow for improved sales outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage a KPI-driven HVAC sales team
  • Monitor performance (Revenue, Closing Ratio, Profitability, ADL)
  • Optimize lead distribution and sales workflows
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement fast, effective solutions
  • Support team members in improving conversion and ticket size
  • Handle escalations from clients and contractors
  • Run регуляр check-ins and performance reviews
  • Drive accountability and consistent sales performance

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in Team Lead / Supervisory roles
  • Experience managing sales teams (HVAC or home services strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of sales KPIs and conversion metrics
  • Hands-on leader with strong execution mindset
  • Experience with CRM systems and performance dashboards
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • English & Russian — Advanced
