Job Description

Implementation Consultant implementing Veeva Commercial Cloud solutions for global pharmaceutical organizations. Leading process discovery, solution design, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with global pharmaceutical organizations to solve critical business challenges
  • Implement Veeva Commercial Cloud products, including PromoMats/DAM and Medical
  • Lead business process due diligence and application design workshops
  • Translate complex client process requirements into workable solution designs
  • Design and implement robust, scalable, AI-powered solutions
  • Act as Project Manager, Lead Solution Architect, and/or PO/Business Analyst
  • Oversee solution build, testing, and deployment
  • Create process documentation and project deliverables
  • Plan and establish post-go-live activities, including ongoing support
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Veeva Commercial Content applications and define their fit within customer software ecosystems

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in technology implementation projects as a Functional Analyst, Solution Architect, or Project Manager
  • Strong consulting background with ability to architect, drive best practices, and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Strong and effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments
  • Ability to travel approximately 20%
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Candidate must be based in Europe and have the legal right to work
  • Ability to travel domestically and abroad; visa not handled by Veeva
  • Hands-on experience with Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Medical, Veeva Vault Platform, or Salesforce.com Platform is nice to have
  • Experience with pharmaceutical, consumer health, or medical device organizations is nice to have
  • Experience with regulated content management systems is nice to have
  • Experience with DAM tools is nice to have
  • Understanding of Claims, DAM, Modular Content, MLR review, and European regulatory requirements is nice to have
  • Understanding of life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements is nice to have
  • Project management certification, Veeva certification, and product pre-sales, solution consulting, or engagement management experience are nice to have
  • Fluency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish is ideally desired
