Job Description
Implementation Consultant implementing Veeva Commercial Cloud and content-management solutions for pharmaceutical organizations. Leading process discovery, solution design, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with global pharmaceutical organizations to solve critical business challenges
- Implement Veeva Commercial Cloud products, including PromoMats/DAM and Medical
- Lead business process due diligence
- Design and implement robust and scalable solutions
- Drive successful projects through roles including Project Manager, Lead Solution Architect, and PO/Business Analyst
- Implement content management platforms for life sciences
- Lead business process discovery and application design workshops
- Translate complex client process requirements into workable solution designs
- Oversee solution build, testing, and deployment
- Create process documentation and project deliverables
- Plan and establish post-go-live activities, including ongoing support
- Provide subject matter expertise in Veeva Commercial Content applications and define their fit within customer software ecosystems
- Participate in the hiring process through conversations, a practical case exercise, and a final leadership conversation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in technology implementation projects in a Functional Analyst, Solution Architect, or Project Manager role
- Strong consulting background with proven ability to architect, drive best practices, and manage stakeholder relationships
- Strong and effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments
- Able to travel approximately 20%
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Must be based in Europe and have the legal right to work
- Ability to travel domestically and abroad; visa is not handled by Veeva
- Nice to have hands-on experience with Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Medical, Veeva Vault Platform, or Salesforce.com Platform
- Nice to have experience with pharmaceutical, consumer health, or medical device organizations
- Nice to have experience implementing regulated content management systems such as Veeva Vault, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum, FirstDoc/FirstPoint, NextDocs, CARA, or Vodori
- Nice to have experience with DAM tools such as Aprimo, Adobe, Bynder, or Box
- Nice to have understanding of Claims, DAM, Modular Content, MLR review, and European regulatory requirements
- Nice to have understanding of life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements such as GxP and GcP
- Project management certification, Veeva certification, and experience with product pre-sales, solution consulting, or engagement management are nice to have
