Job Description
Implementation Manager leading digital transformation initiatives for WM, a North American environmental solutions provider. Defining technical requirements, optimizing processes, and delivering measurable operational improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex technology and cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution
- Partner with digital developers to define technical requirements and shape product direction
- Ensure new tools are operationally ready for launch
- Build business cases and optimize business processes
- Manage project lifecycles across multiple disciplines
- Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of digital solutions using financial analysis and other tools
- Implement and maintain operations improvement processes
- Drive process implementation and improvement through communication and feedback
- Report on economic and process improvements
- Communicate with executives, directors, and Area personnel in a matrixed environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Finance, Project Management, Business Administration or similar area of study, or High School Diploma/GED (accredited) and four years of relevant experience
- 5 years of prior work experience with a proven track record of continual business process improvement and innovation while meeting financial, operations, and customer demands
- Experience managing business cases, processes, software development, solution implementation, and business analytics
- Experience managing projects across multiple disciplines and throughout the full project lifecycle
- Strong financial analysis and process evaluation skills
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
- Must have or be willing to obtain a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative if required for air travel or federal property access
