Job Description
Implementation Consultant deploying Samsara’s IoT platform for large US enterprise customers. Driving adoption, training users, and managing cross-functional implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations with Samsara’s IoT platform
- Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers
- Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage
- Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health
- Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology
- Resolve challenges with executives and day-to-day system users across numerous use cases
- Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams
- Mentor the wider Customer Success and Support teams
- Explain Samsara platform capabilities to customers
- Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role
- Enterprise SaaS experience preferred
- Experience supporting or working with technical products
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Consultative skills and experience with end-to-end system implementations
- Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and software users
- Ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution
- Experience serving and supporting large-scale business solutions at Fortune 500 companies preferred
- Ability to secure and maintain the legal right to work at Samsara and in the specified work location
