Job Description
Implementation Consultant deploying Samsara’s IoT platform for enterprise fleet and industrial-asset customers. Driving adoption, training users, and coordinating cross-functional customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Advise and guide strategic customers throughout onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal
- Manage deployment of Samsara’s IoT technology to large-scale enterprise customers
- Own customer relationships and ensure successful solution deployment and adoption
- Create launch plans and product-usage roadmaps
- Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health
- Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and day-to-day users
- Resolve customer challenges across numerous use cases
- Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product
- Mentor the wider Customer Success and Support teams
- Explain Samsara platform capabilities to diverse customers
- Champion Samsara’s cultural principles
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role
- Enterprise SaaS experience preferred
- Experience supporting or working with technical products
- Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent consultative skills and experience with end-to-end system implementations
- Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and software users
- Initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution
- Experience serving and supporting large-scale business solutions at Fortune 500 companies preferred
